Batting available from King's Men Quilting SupplyWe appreciate your patience with us as we try to work out our shipping costs for batting as UPS' fuel surcharges increase with the price of gasoline. Effective IMMEDIATELY, we are no longer offering "flat rate" shipping based on the state you live in as we have done for the past two years. Instead, we will be charging each customer on an individual basis, with a MAXIMUM charge of $60 shipping per roll for customers in the continental U.S. This is the price that will be noted in your shopping cart; however, in nearly all cases, the shipping cost will be significantly less and we will adjust it when we process your order. You are welcome to call or e-mail us for an exact quote on shipping your batting prior to placing your order if you have questions or concerns. If you have been using a UPS shipper number you are welcome and encouraged to continue using it - we will not charge you any shipping costs on your invoice and you will be billed directly from UPS. If you would like to obtain a UPS shipper number, you may do so at www.ups.com. Please contact Andrea at 888-744-0070 for more information regarding UPS shipper numbers. Any batting that must be returned because you mistakenly ordered the wrong roll will incur a return shipping charge of at least $15 for cases and $10 for packages. |
